Welcome to the McCabe Supply Co. Merchandise Store, powered by McCabe Promotional Advertising Inc.

Order Processing

All orders are "Request a Quote". You will receive an emailed confirmation of your quote request and a member of the McCabe Promotional Advertising Inc. team will be in contact with you within 2 business days with an official Quote and Estimate for your requested items as well as a final proof for order approval.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on your requested quote and will be presented on your official sales order. 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments

McCabe Supply Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. File a claim directly with the carrier.

  2. Save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries

  • We attempt to validate all shipping addresses at checkout.

  • If an address cannot be verified, we will contact you for an update. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

  • McCabe Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages that cannot be recovered.

Missing or Stolen Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately:

We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved.  A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete.
